I am a computer science student in my last year at Memorial University of Newfoundland. My interests are robotics and machine learning. I enjoy solving problems while improving my programming skills.

Paradigm Engineering Software Team Lead
Lead a team of 10 computer engineering and computer science to design an algorithm to autonomously pilot a go kart around a track using Python, C++, ROS2 and Gazebo Classic. Placed 2nd in the Autonomous Karting Series hosted by Purdue University in June of 2025.

FMUNTENTH Software Team Member
Worked with a team of electrical and computer engineers to create an autonomous racecar 1/10 the size of a normal car. This was accomplished by using python to make the algorithm and using ROS to allow the algorithm to communicate with the hardware components. The team competed in the competition held in San Antonio, Texas for CPS-IOT week.

Research Intern
Worked with Dr. Andrew Vardy to develop a novel algorithm to gather pucks at a goal location using swarm robotics. Simulated these robots in CoppeliaSim and programmed the robots in Python. Presented topics in an understandable way to summer camp aged children.
Lifeguard
Working as a lifeguard and swim instructor from July 2019 to present. Responsable for the safety of patrons while working. Promoted to deck lead in January 2021. Responsabilities of deck lead include leading a group of 4-6 swim instructors, ensuring that lessons begin on time, and dealing with any issues that patrons may have with swimming lessons.
Software Developer
Leveraged Unreal Engine and C++ for Unreal to create accurate digital twin simulations for various oil and natural gas scenarios. These scenarios include pipeline monitoring, offshore drill monitoring, as well as onshore drill monitoring. In this role I also worked with large datasets using pandas to provide test data for these digital twins and to provide demonstrations for potential clients.
